A 1920s Bandra mill building converted into a live-work studio. Original brick arches are restored and left exposed, original timber roof trusses cleaned and sealed. Walnut cabinetry, leather Chesterfields, and hand-beaten pendant lights complete a space that honours its industrial past while living luxuriously today.
